I see that geodesic boats has a 14' canoe plan available which looks pretty good, and i have seen several selway fisher boats that look appropriate aswell (the christine, the 14' prospector, 14' huntsman, etc.) i dont know of any other plywood stitch glue plans that are well regarded. anyways, for a beginer, any suggestions on where to start?. On a small boat (say <20'), i don't stitch. options: a) if you have any inner structure just use an air nailer ($25 at harbor freight) to hold it all together until the glue dries . i usually have 1/4 or 1/2 plywood with some chine logs and ribs or bulkheads..
